Coming to a close

This part of the trip is always hard. Today we have to say goodbye to those we have met and enjoy the last hours in a place that has welcomed us with open arms.
Sunday was our last full day in Belize so we made sure to make it special. We decided to start it early with a beautiful sunrise.

Sunday was also 8th grade graduation! Even though we didn’t get to spend much time with the 8th grades this trip we couldn’t help but be elated for their success. We were honored to be there and to cheer them on to their next chapter in life.
